DALE RAY: at Amplified Studios, By Amplified Studios

 The moment Dale Ray (lead guitarist/lead vocals) of ‘Patton Road’ asked me to take some shots for his website and online promo, I knew we were in for a dynamic time. We wanted to capture a few of the many facets of Patton Road and Dale Ray. Our goal was to portray the rebellious nature of the music as well as the ascended spirit of their message. 

We shot indoors at Amplified studios in a completely dark room using only 2 effects: smoke from a fog machine and multidirectional lighting. I sandwich-lit the smoke (direct light coming from the right and left sides) and angles of diffused lighting to highlight Dale within the frame.
