SAN DIEGO 4EVR: Are you ready for ISOKNOCK?
Break out your cargo pants and CamelBaks, because festival season is back, baby! Well, not really, but ISOKNOCK is bringing EDM into the off-season! On December 7 and 8, the San Diego-based EDM super duo will be hosting their first collaborative music festival at Snapdragon Stadium’s Thrive Park, wrapping up the year with a wub-wub-laced BANG.
ISOKNOCK consists of EDM producers ISOxo and Knock2, who met as teen performers at the San Diego County Fair. Both artists have crafted impressive reputations independent from each other, headlining festivals and releasing critically acclaimed projects. The pair released their first album together, “4EVR,” back in August, shortly before announcing this upcoming festival.
“ISOKNOCK presents San Diego 4EVR” is expected to host 28,000 people across two days, and will feature some of EDM’s biggest and most sought after DJs. On Saturday, Dec. 7th, the setlist includes the duo Snow Strippers, Peekaboo, and a DJ set by the celebrated French DJ, Madeon. Sunday will feature Bassvictim and Glaive, as well as a guest set from DJ and record producer RL Grime.
Doors open at 5 pm on Saturday and 4 pm on Sunday. Even though tickets have sold out on their website, individual tickets and two-day passes are still available on Ticketmaster and resale sites. The band’s motto is “Pain is temporary, ISOKNOCK is 4EVR,” but you’re going to feel pain forever if you don’t get to this show. On December 7th, San Diego 4EVR is going to be the place to be.
