Dre’es is a Mexican-american rapper, singer, songwriter and producer hailing from San Pedro, California who has been crafting alternative hip-hop, R&B, and jazz inspired compositions since around 2015, inspired by the likes of fellow DIY vanguards Mac Miller, Odd Future, and Childish Gambino. Dre’es’ Californian and largely sunny catalogue features collaborations and production from a number of notable faces in the SoCal scene including Kiefer (“2011”), Nate Fox, Goldwash, Lecx Stacy, Asiatica, Aidan Spiro, D Sanders and many more. The artist is aiming to eschew any expectations or genre-boundaries with his upcoming series of projects in 2023 and beyond.
