Local Event: Pride by the Beach
Get your sunscreen and rainbow beach attire ready because on June 3, 2023, from 12:00-6:00 pm, the Pride by the Beach festival is taking over downtown Oceanside!
Pride by the Beach is a yearly festival, visibility program, and community event that is free and family-friendly. The North County LGBTQ+ Center hosts this event and aims to increase LGBTQI+ visibility within our community. Last year, the event had 20,000 diverse attendees.
The festival will have over 120 vendors, including community resources and various street vendors with vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options.
There will also be live music performances from queer and ally bands and DJs! Performances include, but aren’t limited to:

ECHINACEA - Queer Fronted Alt-Rock from Vista
THE STANDOUTS - 29% gay and 100% local band defying norms to create a blend of ska, reggae, and Latin music
